Modern managed infrastructure — Vercel, AWS or Azure depending on what you're running — with SSL, a CDN and sane resource limits. Same platforms I've run production systems on for insurers and retailers, sized honestly for your traffic instead of oversold.

Uptime monitoring, error tracking and performance checks that alert me rather than waiting for a customer to tell you something's broken. Most problems get fixed before anyone notices them.

Automated, off-site, and tested by genuinely restoring them. An untested backup isn't a backup — it's a hope, and it's the single most common gap I find in small-business setups.

Will you support a site you didn't build?
Usually yes. I'll review what's there first and tell you honestly whether it can be supported sensibly or whether it's held together in a way that will keep costing you. Picking up other people's systems is routine work for me.
What happens if my site goes down at the weekend?
Monitoring alerts me automatically rather than waiting for you to notice. Response expectations are set out plainly in the plan so you know exactly what you're getting rather than assuming.
Am I locked in?
No. You own your code, your domain and your data, and everything is documented so another developer could take over. Plans run monthly and you can leave with notice — support should continue because it's worth having.
What does a care plan cost?
