Privacy policy
A plain-English summary of what I collect and why.
This site is run by Thomas Watson, trading as TSMW Development LTD (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what information I collect through the site and what I do with it.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, company, and message you provide. I use this only to reply to your enquiry. The form sends those details to my inbox via an email provider (Resend). I also use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand site traffic.
This site also uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook), which sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you visit and whether you enquire, so I can measure and improve my advertising. Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy; the form contents themselves are never shared with Meta. The Google tag (Google Ads) works the same way: it sets cookies and tells Google which pages you visit and whether you enquire, so I can measure advertising there too, under Google's own privacy policy. When you accept all analytics, the site also uses Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies and records how visitors use pages (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) so I can see where the site confuses people and improve it. Microsoft processes that data under its own privacy statement; anything you type into the contact form is masked and never recorded. You can turn these tags — or all analytics — off at any time with the fingerprint button in the bottom-left corner of every page, and manage how Meta and Google use this data in your Facebook ad preferences and Google My Ad Center.
How I use it
I use your details to respond to you and discuss potential work. I don't sell your data, and I don't add you to any marketing list without your asking. I keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months, then delete them unless we're working together.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. To do any of that, email contact@tsmwdevelopment.com. TSMW Development LTD is registered with company number 17204316.
