This site is run by Thomas Watson, trading as TSMW Development LTD (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what information I collect through the site and what I do with it.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, company, and message you provide. I use this only to reply to your enquiry. The form sends those details to my inbox via an email provider (Resend). I also use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand site traffic.
How I use it
I use your details to respond to you and discuss potential work. I don't sell your data, and I don't add you to any marketing list without your asking. ::TODO:: state how long you keep enquiry emails (e.g. “I keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months”).
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. To do any of that, email contact@tsmwdevelopment.com. TSMW Development LTD is registered with company number 17204316.
